First Visit Expectations

On your first visit to our office you will be greeted by our fantastic front desk chiropractic assistant. She will provide you with any other necessary paperwork so that we may serve you better as well as take you on a quick tour of the office so that you can find your way around.

Consultation: Your next step is to meet with either Dr. Brandon or Dr. Chantelle in a private one on one consultation. This private time gives them the opportunity to get to know you on a more personal level, discuss why you are here, as well as give time for any other additional details you wish to discuss prior to the examination related to your case.

Video: Next you will watch a short video to acquaint you with our office and explain how we help our patients achieve the best results from chiropractic care. This video is short and lasts only 8 minutes.

Chiropractic Examination: Following the video you will have your examination. Your examination will include our Computerized Spine and Nervous System Scan, a chiropractic spinal exam, range of motion analysis, and any necessary orthopedic and neurological tests which will all be used to determine if your spine and nervous system are contributing to your health challenges.

Should Dr. Brandon or Dr. Chantelle determine x-rays are necessary to better serve you in your chiropractic care you will be informed. Necessary views may need to be taken to visualize the location of any spinal problems, reveal any underlying pathologies, and make your chiropractic care more precise.

This will conclude the first visit. Before proper care can be rendered, your doctor will need to study your examination findings. This enables them to give you the best possible care and recommendations. Before leaving our office it is important to schedule your next visit which is where you will receive your test results and begin care if accepted as a chiropractic candidate. It is highly recommended that you bring your significant other to this appointment for support and understanding of your case.

Second Office Visit Experience:

After completing your first visit we will be able to answer four main questions:

  • Can we help?

Dr. Brandon and Dr. Chantelle are highly trained to determine whether or not your condition is one that chiropractic can help. If necessary, we work openly with other healthcare professionals to assure you receive the appropriate care.

  • What is causing my problem?

We will summarize your exam findings, go over your x-rays, explain the computer analysis and explain to you, in words you understand, what we believe is causing your health condition.

  • How long will it take?

The duration of care depends upon how long your body and nervous system has not been functioning optimally, past injuries (if any), and your health goals. It is truly different for each individual. We will give you estimates based upon other practice members with similar health conditions.

  • How much will it cost?

We will be straight forward with you on the cost of care. Practice members in our office are happy to find out that our rates are reasonable and affordable, whether you have insurance coverage or not.

Your first adjustment, should you be accepted to begin care, will occur immediately after the results of your examination have been given and financial arrangements have been made. Should you have any additional questions regarding getting adjusted please check out the frequently asked questions page on the website.

We look forward to helping you and your family experience a lifetime full of optimal health and well-being!

Thank you for letting us serve you and your family.
